Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
Ebay "Buy it Now" purchaser will submit $1,000 non-refundable deposit
within 1 business day of the close of auction to secure this vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and
taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial
transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Ebay advertised "Buy Now" price includes all Autobahn payment specials
and Volvo incentives.
Taxes and Fees: All transactions, regardless of buyer's home state,
will be assessed a $150 documentation fee, $5 temporary registration
plate fee, Texas state inspection fee, and Texas inventory tax
calculated at 0.2365% of the
sale price – no exceptions. Texas buyers will pay sales tax at a rate
of 6.25% of the sale price in addition to the aforementioned fees and
inventory tax and Texas registration fees. Depending on method of
payment and state of residence, most out of state buyers will pay
their own state's sales tax and applicable registration fees to
Autobahn at the time of sale, although cash buyers from particular
states may be permitted to pay state sales tax and registration costs
on their own after the sale on previously titled vehicles. Most
Volvo's listed on ebay have been
titled (not registered) to Autobahn Motorcars and considered new in
Texas & through VCNA.
Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash (in person), bank transfer, financing
through Autobahn lender w/ approved credit. Advertised APR and Lease
specials for qualified buyers only.
